For items that run several pallets deep, carve out lanes of pushback rack or pallet flow rack and keep the rest selective.
Pallet Racking Rows, Aisles and Lift Trucks
Counterbalance trucks want wide aisles. Reach trucks let rows tighten up and add positions. We plan rows around the fleet on your floor today and any trucks already approved.
Aisle layout also has to work with your heating. Many Columbus buildings use overhead unit heaters, and rack rows should not block their throw or crowd them at the highest level.
